Glitter and Gold Jungle Animal Baby Shower Invitations

Gold has always been a “royal” color, which is one of the reasons we used it for Briyonna’s baby shower invitation for her little “king,” but over the last few years, it’s become really popular in baby decor and nursery designs.

From gold nurseries to gold accent pieces to gold shoes, it seems we can’t get enough gold on or around our little ones. And what could be even more fun than pairing gold with glitter and adorable jungle animals?

With this jungle animal baby shower invite, Briyonna wanted to add a unique twist. Instead of the usual colorful critters, we stuck with a gold and white color scheme to give it a more regal style that would fit with the adorable “king” wording.

Instead of a plain white background, we added a fun leopard print to expand the jungle feel. I absolutely adore how these came out.

What many moms-to-be don’t know is that working with a baby shower invitation designer to create baby shower invitations is actually much more efficient and stress-free than having to wade through templates and DIY on the internet.

And, what most people don’t know, is that it’s actually reasonably priced to get your very own, designer helping hand.

Sure, you can find baby shower invites that can be edited, but you can only edit and play around with them so much. And that “playing around” and “editing” can turn into hours and hours that can be better used for nesting or Netflixing ( LOL!).

You’ve Never Seen Winnie the Pooh Look This Classy: Check Out This Winnie the Pooh Baby Shower Invitation

Winnie the Pooh is a classic story. From his love of honey to his charming, forgetful nature, Pooh has won the hearts of many for generations.

Typically, when you think of a Winnie the Pooh themed baby shower or baby shower invitation, it’s easy to imagine the bold yellow and red that makes up Pooh’s character coloring.

When Gabi asked me to design this invitation, I was thrilled to have a tiny part in helping welcome Gabi's little to the world.

With this invitation, we stepped out of the box a bit and used soft goldish yellow, pink, green, and purple for this adorable girls baby shower invitation. We also used a silhouette approach for both Pooh and the butterfly. This gave it a very classy, soft look that mama and friends could work with to design the aesthetic for the rest of the baby shower.

An Around the Clock Bridal Shower

Maybe you’ve heard of it or maybe you’re wondering, “What is an around the clock bridal shower?” It sounds interesting, right? It is—and soooo much fun!

An around the clock bridal shower theme has been around for decades, yet it’s still hugely popular today. One could even make it a baby shower theme! Here’s how the around the clock theme works:

1.     Each guest is assigned a time on the invitation

2.     Guests purchase a gift that corresponds to that time of day

So, for example, if you’ve been invited to an around the clock bridal shower and the time you received is 5:00a.m., you might purchase a coffee pot or a cute coffee mug and some gift cards as a gift.

There are a few variations of this bridal shower theme—some may have the shower all day long and ask guests to arrive during their time slot; most often, everyone comes together and marvels in the excitement of each gift.

Around the Clock Bridal Shower Invitations

Ok, so now for the really fun part of throwing an around the clock bridal shower, the around the clock bridal shower invitations!  Your bridal shower invitations help set the theme of your party, giving guests a sneak peek at what to expect.

This theme revolves around time and clocks, so many like to incorporate clocks into the overall look and feel of their bridal shower invitations. You can follow suit or come up with a completely customized idea.

If you’re looking for around the clock bridal shower invitation ideas, the great thing about this theme is that it can be incorporated into your overall theme.
