Bridal Spectacular Bridal Show August 2016

My Booth Design

I had a lot of help when it came down to putting my booth design together. I wanted to be a little bit different than the rest of the wedding stationery vendors at the show. I decided to make my booth into tablescapes for each of the invitations being showcased. I wanted to show brides the purpose of an invitation. It gives wedding guests a glimpse of what the wedding will be like. If a bride is having a beach wedding and it is casual chic attire or a winter wonderland wedding and it is a formal affair, the wedding invitation would reflect that.

D8 Studio’s Vendor List

Eden Productions - 702.601.2500 - eproductionslv@gmail.com

Eden Johnson, of Eden Productions, is an amazing and talented woman. She has access to some of the most fun and amazing linens. I rented the following items from her:

 -- All of my linens

-- Manzanita tree and crystals

-- Tin cups holding the tulips

-- Gold cups on the pink burlap table

-- Black feather centerpiece with crystals

-- Crystals on the black chargers

-- Crystal hanging from the black chair

-- Crystal ball and votive holders

Enchanted Florist - 702.731.2656

Michelle, over at Enchanted Florist, was a dream to work with. She took my ideas for each of the tables and ran with it. She gave me ideas of what the flowers were going to look like and the vases they would go in. I highly recommend these ladies because their talents show in the way that they create centerpieces as well as how they treat their customers.

RSVP Rentals - 702.878.0144

I rented out a few things from RSVP Rentals. I always put my trust in them whenever I am renting items for an event. The items I rented for this show were the following:

-- Black chargers on the Gatsby table

-- Black chairs with the black cushions at the table and at my booth

-- All of the tables

This show was the first that I had ever done on such a large scale and it was such a blast. I had an amazing time meeting with brides and their significant others as well as my fellow vendors. I felt that I did well enough that I would do the other show in January 2017.

I will be back at Cashman Center with a new booth size and a new booth design! The next show is January 20-21, 2017 at Cashman Center and I hope to see the next set of bride-to-be’s there with rings on!
